with Mary?
Thank you for visiting my web page! This site is currently under construction, so please check back for updates. The purpose of my site is to let everyone know where I am and what I am doing. On April 27th, 2007, I leave Columbus, Ohio (my home of many years) to head to Washington, D.C. I start training to learn how to manage foreign embassies a few days later. Six to twelve months into training, I will be shipped to an international destination for my first foreign assignment. That position will last for at least two years, and then I will head somewhere else. Wow!
This change is quite overwhelming but is definitely the most exciting time of my life so far...terrifying, but exhilarating. I could not have achieved this remarkable distinction without the support of my family, friends, National City associates, and the Short North community. Although the possibility for this opportunity was remote and few knew that I was traversing the application process, having wonderful people to work with every day gave me the courage to try to achieve my dream. I will miss everyone so much and thank you for your love and encouragement.
